Job details/requirements:
- Have an educational level of Degree and/or Diploma in any course related to Agriculture
- Fresh graduate is acceptable
- SPM onwards is acceptable
- 23 years old and above is preferred
- Experience in agrotechnology plantation is an added advantage
- Manage and control plantation activities in accordance to good industry practices
- Good discipline quality and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Aware of any certificate, national and state laws related to plantation industry
- Team player, mature personality, initiative, self-motivated and interpersonal skills
- Responsible in handling duties and willing to learn something new
- Willing to learn something new, do works for other department, and work on Sunday/Saturday
- Leadership skills is needed as have to guide and conduct Bangladesh worker on plantation site
